Q1. What are these wall sculptures? What are they made of?
A1. Every wall sculpture is a unique work of art. Each one is carefully hand crafted and individually designed to make a beautiful addition to your home. We use only highest quality materials to make our sculptures. The base of every sculpture is wood. We top that with multiple layers of high grade leather, aluminum, velour, and other materials. As a result, sculptures become 3-dimentional, which makes them really stand out and transform any room.
Q2. Are they in mass production or hand made?
A2. Every single sculpture is original, one-of-a-kind hand-made work of art.
Q3. Why haven't I seen similar sculptures anywhere?
A3. You won't see similar sculptures anywhere because we are the only company in the United States producing these spectacular works.
Q4. What is the best location for a wall sculpture?
A4. Our sculptures come in all shapes, colors, and sizes, and can look great in a room of any size.
Q5. How fast will I get my sculpture?
A5. If the sculpture you are ordering is indicated to be in stock, you will receive it from 4 days to about a week, depending on shipping method that you select. If you would like a custom made sculpture, that would take around 3 weeks (or more, depending on complexity of the design) to produce.
Q6. I can't find a sculpture that I like. Can I order a custom-made one?
A6. YES. Please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you on your original design.
Q7. What if I don't like the sculpture that I get? What is the return policy?
Q7. We are so confident that you will LOVE your new wall piece that we are offering a special GUARANTEE. Put the sculpture on your wall for full 60 days. If after 60 days you are not completely satisfied with our product for ANY reason, return it for FULL REFUND! The sculpture must be in the original like-new condition.
Q8. How do I exchange a sculpture?
A8. If for any reason you would like to exchange your sculpture for another one, please email us within 60 days of your purchase requesting RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). You will receive it within 1 day, along with the address where you should ship the sculpture. Please use trackable shipping method. Once we receive the sculpture from you, your replacement will be shipped shortly.
Q9. I like a sculpture, but want it in a different color.
A9. Not a problem! Contact us and we will be able to accommodate your needs.
Q10. Are these sculptures really unique and one-of-a-kind?
A10. Every time we produce a sculpture, only a single copy gets produced. As we receive orders for a particular sculpture, we will produce more copies as needed. If you would like your sculpture to be truly unique, we can take it off our website and completely stop its production. There will be a fee for this service.
Q11. How do I pay for my order?
A11. We prefer online payments through PayPal.com - the global leader in online payments. PayPal is also the safest way to pay. You do not even need to have an account with them. If you have an email address - you can use your credit card to make a payment. And it's completely FREE! Still not sure about making an online payment? Not a problem! Just mail us your personal check or money order. Contact us for our mailing address.

A12. All online payments through PayPal.com - the safest way to pay on the internet. This means your financial information remains private and securely protected by PayPal. Even we at WallSculpturesUSA.com will not know the credit card number or the bank account number that you use to make your payment.
Q13. What is your privacy policy?
A13. Any information you provide to WallSculpturesUSA.com will remain strictly confidential, and will be used only to fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your information to a third party.
Q14. I am very concerned about spamming. What is your policy regarding that?
A14. WallSculpturesUSA.com will never share or sell your email address to a third party. You do not have to worry about receiving spam from us either. You are completely safe leaving your email address with us when placing orders, leaving feedback, asking questions, etc.
